My hope for this blog is to try the popular workouts, recipes, and lifehacks social media advertise to you for "The Perfect Life" My goal is to help people with insecurities with gym anxiety or who struggle with confidence do to constant comparisons of themselves versus social media. While we as a society somewhat already know that social media is fake and people only put their best foot forward, I think it is important to bring realism back to media. With this blog I will strive to weed out "fad" hacks and workouts that give an unrealistic expectation. This blog will help you learn if it is worth your time, or just a fad designed for clicks
I consider myself an intermediate home chef, and intermediate in fitness. I am someone who will be able to be honest if these recipes and workouts are aimed at someone who is a beginner, intermediate, or beyond my experience level. If you are someone who is looking to get into the gym and start prioritizing their health but do not know where to start and what is "Real" this is the blog for you!
