B03- Online Civility, Trust, and Social Capital

Hello everyone I hope you had an awesome week! This week I tried the new C4 Smart Energy drinks that have been advertised to be a better alternative then highly processed energy drinks for people who do not like coffee, with smart energy being naturally derived caffeine from green coffee beans. As someone who is not a fan of coffee but often feels jittery from energy drinks, these piqued my interest. A 12 ounce can of  C4 Smart Energy has 200 milligrams of caffeine which is the standard for most energy drinks' nowadays. I had one every day that I went to the gym to see if I felt better, worse or the same then when I go with a Redbull or Alani energy drink. For someone who does not like coffee these are a great alternative, often when I have another brand of energy drink I can get jittery from the caffeine and sugar but these not only had not sugar, but also has good flavors I was able to enjoy the entire can. However I did not feel much of a difference from the new C4 Smart Energy versus the traditional C4 energy drinks. I will say that the brand having a more natural approach was a welcomed change as often drinking other brands it is often covered with large chemical sounding words that give off a very modified image.

Social Capital is the value of relationships between people, I think one of the easiest way to have trust and successful social capital is honesty. The entire purpose of this blog is to provide honest reviews whether or not the opinion is popular in an effort to provide real results and feelings form a real person who has no personal gain from these reviews. I am not receiving any sponsorships or monetary gain from the products and workouts I am reviewing, so I have no personal stake and no need to be dishonest. Strong social capital provides us with opportunities to learn information, and gain knowledge from others connections. As stated before I am not receiving sponsorships or any monetary gain that can affect the way I discuss these products and trails, my connections are full honest and fleshed out, people will still be provided with information and knowledge. Just purely honest and real knowledge.
